How does this work?

-First chose your kit. We offer packages for 1 person, 2 people, 4 people and 6 people.

-On the product page, upload your images.

-After confirming your purchase our designers process your image and draw it on to your canvas, primed and ready for painting. We then ship your package with all your supplies for ultimate creativity!

How long will my kit take to ship?

Our kits are processed, packaged and ready for shipping within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping can take another 2-5 days.

 What kind of images can I upload?

Almost Anything! Most customers upload portraits of friends, family and pets, landscape, still lives and travel photos. We WILL NOT accept images depicting hate (language, symbols, etc), extreme violence, sexual violence, or extreme suffering. The Paint Party Shop reserves the right to reject any image at our discretion. Orders with rejected images will be refunded or a new image may be uploaded on a case by case basis. What happens to my images after I order?

Your images are deleted from our secure server within 48 hours after your order.

What if I want to return the kit?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of damage, wear or use

Does The Paint Party Shop host LIVE Paint/ Sip & Paint Events?
